All sponsors and contributors will receive a letter of acknowledgement for their contribution

All sponsors and contributors will receive a tax-deductible receipt for all applicable donations.

Team sponsors meeting the minimum amount of $100.00 will receive a "Thank You" plaque with the team's picture on it. They will also be listed on our website under SPONSORS until the next season begins.

Regional sponsors meeting the minimum of $50.00 will be listed on the website under SPONSORS until the next season begins.
  •  
Regional sponsors donating above $150.00 will receive a team plaque "Thank You" and a listing on website until the next season begins.
  •  
All monies for team sponsorships must be turned in to Team Sponsor Coordinator by the 8th weekend of regular season play.
   
SPONSORSHIP FUNDS DISTRIBUTON
Teams will be distributed their team sponsor money in one of two ways:

Teams may pay for their party or goods from a personal account. They will be reimbursed when they present receipts to the Team Sponsor Coordinator.

  • Receipts may be presented to Sponsor coordinator in person.
  • Receipts may be mailed to Sponsor Coordinator at:

  • Mailed receipts must list coaches name, team number and who is to receive reimbursement check.

    A check may be issued directly to the establishment for the amount of the goods or service.

  • At least 5 days notice must be given to the Team Sponsor Coordinator to allow time to acquire authorized check signatures.
  • Receipts must be recorded in one of two ways:
  • A written estimate from the establishment.
  • A copy of original receipt provided to Team Sponsor Coordinator after payment.
